Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of AimIsLaw (the "Game"), an independently-developed video game. By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may play the Game if you are old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and meet any age requirements of the third-party online-services platform used for sign-in.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the Game except where permitted by law.
3. Acceptable Use
While playing, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software (aimbots, wallhacks, macros, etc.).
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity.
- Disrupt servers, sessions, or matchmaking for other players.
- Use the Game for unlawful activity.
4. Account & Termination
Online play requires sign-in through a third-party online-services platform. We may suspend or revoke your access to online play in the Game if we determine you have violated these Terms. The third-party platform's account itself is governed by that platform's own terms.
5. User Conduct & Communications
Voice and text features in the Game (where present) carry the same Acceptable Use rules. We are not responsible for content sent by other players, but we may take action against repeat or severe violations.
6. Updates & Availability
The Game is in active development. Features, balance, content, and availability may change without prior notice. The Game may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or development decisions.
7. No Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.
9. Third-Party Services
The Game integrates with a third-party online-services platform for authentication, matchmaking, and session management. Use of those services is subject to that platform's separate terms and privacy practices, which you accept by signing in to play online. We have no control over those services and are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms change, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
